When I first moved into the village last October, I was delighted to find out that there was a yoga class opposite my house and I was even more delighted once I started going and found out that the class was so good! I've been going every week since. I love the different themes that Steph creates each term, you feel like you're learning something about what your body needs as well as keeping it interesting. It really feels like she's put a lot of thought and care into her classes. I always leave feeling like I've had a good workout but also feeling calmer and more relaxed. I have been going to Steph’s yoga classes for just over a year now. Steph is such a lovely teacher, she makes you feel so relaxed, explains everything as you go through the class, she never make you feel like you can’t achieve and supports you every step the way. I personally feel Yoga is one the best things I have ever done and I can highly recommend Steph’s classes to anyone wanting to take up Yoga.
It is obvious that Steph prepares carefully for her classes as her poses flow beautifully. She likes to choose an area of the body to concentrate on and then themes classes and asanas around them. Classes are fun and suitable for all abilities, as she incorporates varying levels of expertise, even for those like me who have practiced for years.
