Previous retreat quotes:

“This was a very relaxing, very well organised weekend with all of our needs catered for and an atmosphere of caring and friendship, created by Steph! I knew I would love the yoga sessions but it was great to learn the new breathing techniques. I loved the yin yoga and the gong bath was a very new experience which i’m sure contributed to my really deep sleep, best for a long time! Beautiful location, the food was really five star and I left feeling relaxed, rested and refreshed! Would love to it all over again”
