I once heard that if you practice yoga once a week it’ll change your mind/way of thinking, twice a week it’ll change your body and three times a week it’ll change your life! There is so much truth in this and I would urge anyone who can, to practice a little bit of yoga in between weekly classes - 10 mins can be enough but an extra 60 minute class per week would be even better. Block booking two classes per week in a term benefits both the pocket and the body!
